  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons cannabis-infused butter

  • 1 and ¼ cup flour (gluten-free)
  • 1 and ½ teaspoon baking powder (gluten-free)
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • ¾ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Nuts of your choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Put eggs into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add shredded zucchini, maple syrup, cannabis-infused butter, and regular butter. Put the bowl aside for a while.
  5. Put flour into a separate large mixing bowl.
  6. Add baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, sea salt, and xanthan gum.
